Also known as the "tea of immortality", kombucha is a fermented tea drink made from black tea and is fermented by a colony of live yeast and bacteria, known as SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) to produce this slighty sweet and sour, refreshing fizzy beverage. Jboocha uses premium handpicked pu'er tea leaves to brew our kombucha. We only use locally sourced premium ingredients to flavour our kombucha - Bentong ginger to give an extra spicy sensation & woody aroma.
