How to drink:

Hot Drink

1.  In a tumbler/shaker, add in 400ml of lukewarm water (40°C).

2.  Add 3 scoops of Premium Pure Drinking Salad.

3.  Cover and shake until well mixed.

4.  Serve.

Cold Drink

1.  In a tumbler/shaker, add in 400ml of cold water.

2.  Add 3 scoops of Premium Pure Drinking Salad.

3.  Cover and shake until well mixed.

4.  Serve.

With Honey:

1.  In a tumbler/shaker, add in 400ml of lukewarm water (40°C) / cold water.

2.  Add 1.5 tablespoons of honey and stir well.

3.  Add 3 scoops of Premium Pure Drinking Salad.

4.  Cover and shake until well mixed.

5.  Serve.
