Money Back Guarantee, Return & Exchange Policy

 

Beacon Mart embraces a money back guarantee warranty for all good and products purchased from our shop. This applies for goods purchased which are defective, damaged, spoiled and/or delivered in non-acceptable condition (i.e., thawed products).

 

In order to process the money back guarantee warranty, the following shall apply:

1)    To provide purchase receipt either by order number, registered account name or registered contact number

2)    Return of rejected products, otherwise photo or video evidence of product being damaged/defective/spoiled/differ from specification along with picture of original packaging of the products brought from Beacon Mart in the receipt.

3)    Within 14 days (frozen products) or 2 days (all other products than frozen goods) from purchase date together with reason to which the product is returned/rejected by customer.

4)    Provide feedback for improvement

5)    Shipping / Delivery fees are non-refundable

Once the above has been verified & approved, you may select for a money back or exchange of goods accordingly.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds / no refund be granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Gift cards, health and personal care items cannot be returned or exchange.

-  Items wrongly purchased by customer or items purchased by customer but not to customer’s taste preference/favour.

-  Discount & Sale items are non-refundable.

Notwithstanding the above, we wish to highlight that the above warranty shall only be applicable to genuine returned products which are not due to customer’s fault/negligence in the handling of products purchased.

Beacon Mart reserves its final rights to determine if such warranty shall be granted or rejected based on the supporting document/information provided by the customers to the satisfaction of Beacon Marts’ investigation.

 

Refund Notification

Once your return is received and inspected, our customer service will notify you via phone call, electronic mail or WhatsApp confirmation receipt of your returned item. Accordingly, a notification of approval or rejection of your refund will also be provided in 48 hours from receiving of your returned item.

Upon confirmation of approval for refund, a credit will automatically return to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

 

Late or missing refund, if applicable

If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, you may contact us to confirm if the refund has been completed. If affirmative, we would suggest you to check your account once more and subsequently contact your credit card company. We also note that it may take some time before your credit refund is posted to the credit card statement.
