Bio Kitchen is the name of our premium range of organic and biodynamic staple foods in clear glass jars which are naturally sweet and full of flavor.

Clearspring organic Peanut butter has not been homogenized and does not contain hydrogenated palm oil or other cheaper vegetable oils. For this reason, the separation of the peanut oil may occur. If this happens to mix the peanut oil at the top with the peanut paste at the bottom of the jar thoroughly.

This organic peanut butter is low in sugar yet deliciously sweet. A pinch of salt is added to bring out the natural sweetness of the groundnuts, which aren’t actually nuts, but members of the legumes family

Ingredients
Peanuts* (99.6%), sea salt. *organically grown

May contain nuts and sesame seeds.

Some oil separation may occur as we do not add emulsifying agents. Stir well before use.

How To Use
Peanut butter's subtle sweetness makes it a great ingredient in both desserts and savory dishes. Spread it on your toast, add to your smoothie for the extra protein, bake peanut butter cookies, muffins & cakes, make peanut butter ice cream or use it as a stir-fry, satay, or noodle sauce.


Storage Condition
Store in a cool dry place. Best keep refrigerated once opened 


Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe:

  • 1 cup Clearspring Organic Peanut Butter Crunchy.
  • 1 cup butter.
  • 1 cup Radiant Organic Coconut Palm Sugar. (This is a lightly sweetened version, if you prefer a sweeter version, increase to 1 1/2 cup.)
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 1 tsp Radiant baking powder.
  • 1 tsp Radiant baking soda.
  • 2 1/2 cup Radiant Organic Unbleached Plain Flour.


Method :

1. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together.

2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

3. Add baking soda, powder.

4. Sieve in flour.

5. Roll into balls. Flatten cookies, using a fork, in a criss-cross pattern.

5. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 180c for 8-9 minutes.
